These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lifetimepro.co (the "Site"), operated by Virtualcom, LLC, doing business as Lifetime Pros ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About the Site

The Site describes the Lifetime Pros repeat and referral program offered to Lifetime Home Remodeling locations. The Site is informational. Enrollment in the program is governed by a separate written services agreement, and nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer. If there is any conflict between the Site and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site in violation of any law.
• Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, interfere with its operation, or access data not intended for you.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or copy Site content for redistribution without our written permission.
• Do not submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Lifetime Home Remodeling and its logo, Kohler, Infinity from Marvin, James Hardie, Salesforce, and other third-party names and marks referenced on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners, are used for identification purposes, and do not imply endorsement of Lifetime Pros by those owners. Lifetime Pros is an independent program provider and is not owned by Lifetime Home Remodeling.

Projections and no guarantees

Any revenue figures, calculators, projections, or examples on the Site are illustrative estimates based on stated assumptions. They are not promises, forecasts, or guarantees of performance. Actual results vary based on many factors outside our control, including your team, your market, your data, and your execution.

Third-party services and links

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms and services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
